Coworking & Coliving Standard Prices
These are our prices for short stays and use of the coworking space. Of course we are flexible and always happy to hear about your personal preferences so we can tailor the perfect package deal for you. We can house teams of up to 12 people at the coworking office and accommodate them in the coliving apartments located within the complex. Catering can be provided upon request from a selection of local food joints, the inhouse restaurant or we can deliver fresh local products you can use for self-catering.

WHAT ARE THE WORKING HOURS OF THE COWORKING SPACE?
COCO Coworking space operates 24/7 for its inhabitants and is open from 8 to 19h each working day for daily visitors. You do need to inquire for a desk in advance via e-mail or a phone call on the numbers in the Contacts section of this website.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE SHARED OFFICE SPACE?
COCO Coworking and Coliving is equipped with smart electronic locks that give access to the premises through access codes. As soon as you pick and pay your package you will get detailed instructions on how to get to the complex and how to access the building and flats where the coworking and living facilities are.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can pay for your stay or coworking space package through the website with your credit or debit card or you can pay via a bank transfer. When you choose your package, you have both options listed. In case you would like to use other payment gateways you or need a special offer, do not hesitate to drop us an e-mail with your request or call us on the numbers listed in the Contacts section of this website.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
Usually billing takes places immediately so we can secure your reservation. In case you need to change something on your reservation you can e-mail us or call us on the numbers in the Contacts section of this website.
ARE THE COWORKING AND COLIVING SPACES SEPARATE?
Yes, they are two separate apartments one on top of the other. The coworking office is situated on the top floor to provide its inhabitants a secluded and quiet place with a nice sea view from its green and shady balconies. The coliving apartment is right underneath and boasts comfortable sleeping and lounge areas available for its guests.
