COCO Monthly Membership
This package gives you a 30 day access to the COCO Coworking Space. You can use a dedicated desk 24/7 and access the office space any time using your personal access code. The office has a printer, as well as a couple of screens available to use. It is equipped with a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave oven, coffee machine, tea kettle and all necessary kitchenware. You can use the swimming pool in the complex for free. The restaurant next to the pool offers local dishes and you can also use the fitness and SPA center in the complex at an extra charge. If you need a place to stay there is a coliving apartment right under the coworking space. Choose 30 or more days on the calendar in order to get the monthly discounted rate.

Reservation & Payment
By reserving your room on the calendar above you book it for that period for 30 minutes. If a payment is not done the room will be automatically released and your inquiry will be marked as cancelled. Upon successful payment you will get a confirmation e-mail with all details of the reservation as well as our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that dynamic times call for flexible cancellation policy. Therefore we allow you to cancel your reservation with no penalty fees up to 1 month before the planned date of your arrival. Up to 15 days before that you can cancel and pay just 50% of the sum for the nights you were planning to stay. If you cancel less than 15 days prior to your planned arrival we will need to charge you for the entire sum of your planned nights as we will have kept the room and working space for you and will not be able to provide it to other people to enjoy.
Checkin & Checkout
Check-out time at COCO Coworking & Coliving is 11:00 AM. Check-in happens after 15:00 PM to allow our team to clean the rooms and prepare the grounds for your impeccable stay with us.

- Pets are allowed but you will be charged a reimbursable deposit
- We do not assume responsibility for any valuables you carry with you. In case you need to store valuable objects please let us know in advance so we can deposit them in a safe for you.

WHAT ARE THE WORKING HOURS OF THE COWORKING SPACE?
COCO Coworking space operates 24/7 for its inhabitants and is open from 8 to 19h each working day for daily visitors. You do need to inquire for a desk in advance via e-mail or a phone call on the numbers in the Contacts section of this website.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE SHARED OFFICE SPACE?
COCO Coworking and Coliving is equipped with smart electronic locks that give access to the premises through access codes. As soon as you pick and pay your package you will get detailed instructions on how to get to the complex and how to access the building and flats where the coworking and living facilities are.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can pay for your stay or coworking space package through the website with your credit or debit card or you can pay via a bank transfer. When you choose your package, you have both options listed. In case you would like to use other payment gateways you or need a special offer, do not hesitate to drop us an e-mail with your request or call us on the numbers listed in the Contacts section of this website.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
Usually billing takes places immediately so we can secure your reservation. In case you need to change something on your reservation you can e-mail us or call us on the numbers in the Contacts section of this website.
ARE THE COWORKING AND COLIVING SPACES SEPARATE?
Yes, they are two separate apartments one on top of the other. The coworking office is situated on the top floor to provide its inhabitants a secluded and quiet place with a nice sea view from its green and shady balconies. The coliving apartment is right underneath and boasts comfortable sleeping and lounge areas available for its guests.
